Kaya FC Academy Summer Safety Tips
Kaya FC Academy Summer Safety Tips

At Kaya FC Academy, everyone’s safety is our utmost priority. In line with the summer season, we have provided tips to make sure that our staff, especially our kids, are safe and well-hydrated.

Water breaks will now be every after 20 minutes during training. During also training, no one is to stay out more than 20 minutes.

We will ensure that all players stay in the shade at breaks and when there is a possibility, have the subs sit out at the games in the bleachers / covered areas with lots of rotations.

If ANY players show any signs of exhaustion, remove them from the session. For symptoms such as dizziness, dehydration, breathing fast, cramps, and high temperature, remove them from the session, and alert the parents and the medical and admin staff immediately.
