UFL YOUTH LEAGUE
Four out of our five teams who progressed to the knockout phase have made it to the semifinals. The U17 girls automatically qualified for the semis, while the U9s, U11s, and U17s all put in dominating performances, winning 10–2, 7–0, and 9–2, respectively.
Our U13s unfortunately bowed out to Green Archers despite putting in a dogged performance with an undermanned roster. The boys who played were a credit to themselves and the club, and we are very proud of the way they played in very testing conditions.
We would like to encourage all Elite players who are still involved in the competition to make a concerted effort to attend training three or four times a week as we head into the semis and finals. If we can prepare our teams as best we can, we will stand a great chance of bringing home some silverware this season in multiple age-groups.
2015 PRESENTATION NIGHT
We will be having the presentation night for the UFL Youth on Monday, June 29, 7:00–10:00 p.m. We cordially invite the whole club to attend, with awards given to our UFL Youth League participants.
