Here is a quick reminder for the week:
As per normal http://www.kayafcacademy.com/schedule/
Please inform me of your child’s availability for this competition. I cannot chase every individual parent so if you have not informed me already if you can or cannot take part, then please do so by tomorrow. If we do not have the numbers, we will not play in the tournament.
Thank you to all of you who took part in the ICanServe Carnival for a Cause on Sunday. The feedback I received was very positive. The academy players, the first-team players, the staff, and our partners all had a great. Photos of the day are up on the Facebook page and our Twitter page. Congrats also to all the winners!
Special Needs Program
Starting tomorrow, Kaya FC Academy starts it’s first program for children with special needs. In the past month, we have worked with the pupils of the One World School to help develop the program and a number of their students will join us tomorrow for our inaugural session. The program aims to develop football skills and enable individuals with a wide spectrum of learning profiles to enjoy playing the game of football.
The program starts Tuesday, 4 p.m. at North Forbes Village, for anyone interested in joining or anyone who might want to join the class.
That’s all for now. Have a great week and I will see you out on the field.
