Kaya Elite Results
This weekend saw 4 of our teams do battle as they all challenged for the UFL Youth title in their respective age groups. Coach Jonah’s U15s hopes of winning the title took a blow with a 1-1 tie vs GAU. Ottmar Figueroa’s goal was not enough to see off Archer’s and they will hope to finish strong next weekend in their final game. The U19s also saw their title hopes end with a semi-final defeat to Loyola. The U9s led by Coach Paulie however moved up to second place, 1 pt off the leaders with a dramatic 5-4 win vs Global. Diego Aspiras, Niccolo Isorena, Joshua Dy and Arby Andaya with the goals that mean if Pachanga wins or ties vs GAU and we win vs Agila, we will take home the title. Coach Mike & the U17s also kept their great form going with a 4-1 win in thier semi-finals vs GAU. Dan O’Reilly, Nino Herrera and Enzo Jalandoni with the goals that sets up their final this Sunday. I encourage all you to come out to support our teams this weekend so if you can make it, lets get behind our teams as they compete for the title.
This week is as per usual- we were due to move our Saturday session to another day (hence the late email update) but the UFL have moved their games so we can keep our Saturday am slot.
That’s it for now, have a great week and I’ll see you out on the field!
